Throughout my career, the most rewarding experiences have happened while mentoring others or learning directly from the wonderful leaders I’ve had the great fortune of working alongside. I’m now in a position in which I can focus entirely on helping people realize their goals and aspirations.

My coaching empowers my clients to understand their strengths and create the energy they need to be successful in anything they do. I am also happy to partner with clients to share my personal experiences and insights in any way that best serves their objectives. Professional Experience

I began my career in finance and strategy consulting before moving into the technology industry for what would become a 20-year period. My leadership experience spans many functional areas, such as services, sales, business operations, and portfolio management. I am fortunate to have been part of several large and successful acquisitions. For two of the acquisitions, I was directly involved in the leadership of integration teams. In this capacity, I learned from different leadership styles and how to adapt to be successful in changing environments.

At Sun Microsystems I held senior positions in Technical Support Services and Field Operations prior to the Oracle Corporation acquisition of Sun. During this time, I led Business Operations for Oracle’s Global Systems Support organization and drove the multi-year strategic planning process for customer services.

In 2011, I joined EMC, which would later become part of Dell Technologies, to lead Operations for Support and Deployment Services. While at Dell EMC, I had the opportunity to lead a multi-year transformation of customer services to ensure alignment of the company's industry-leading customer experience with market changes while maintaining maximum leverage in the business. In 2018, I moved into Dell Managed Services to lead Product Development before ultimately leading Managed Services Sales.

Throughout my 40-year career journey, one of the most fulfilling experiences for me as a leader was being a part of the remarkable growth of individuals as they take on new challenges and surpass even their own expectations. Guiding professionals of all levels ignited a lifelong passion for development and mentorship.

Now having retired from a successful corporate career, I am excited to carry that same passion and dedication into my next chapter as a trained coach. Combining my extensive executive experience with my genuine commitment to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential, I apply proven coaching techniques and frameworks to enable
my clients to identify and achieve their personal and professional goals.


Professional Experience

My four-decade career was primarily in high technology services, and also spanned supply chain roles in high technology, aerospace, and biotech. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Services Operations at Dell Technologies, I led a team that provided operational support to the 35,000-person Services organization. My team was responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and implementing innovations across Dell Technologies Services. Prior to that position, I led a team of over 8,000 professionals that serviced Dell EMC’s global customer base. Before joining Dell EMC, I was Vice President of global customer services delivery for Oracle/Sun Microsystems, responsible for managing all elements of Support Services.

I was honored to receive the Denver Business Journal's Outstanding Women in Business Award (High Tech and Telecommunications) and the Silicon Valley YWCA Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) Award. Serving as an Advisory Board member of the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) for over 15 years, I collaborated with other industry leaders and provided input to the association on its research agenda.
